Hi Team, 

So sorry I didn't get you any feedback in time for your Friday meetings this week! 

Do you guys want to send me a quick update about what you had to do for today's class? Anything that you want me to look at? Let me know and I will take a look at it beforehand so that I can be more helpful! 

Here's some feedback on the materials provided by PIP a couple weeks ago:

• The questions that you had on financials are good questions to ask them! I don't have a clear answer for that since each organization fills them out differently. 
• For the Grants question, I think it may have something to do with the fact that they have to spread the Grant $ over a few years so sometimes it's not 
• Quick note on their Film Festival Budget - did you confirm with them that this is what they spent last year? (not projections for this year?)
• Also, line 45 says "Total Profit" but they mean "Total Revenue", line 46 is their "Total Profit" 
• Marketing Materials
• For an organization with a lot of digital editing experience, I would expect them to have better posters! Maybe you guys can come up with something a bit "cooler" looking and with less words on one page.
