Hi! so I just made all four surveys,
 
PLEASE PREVIEW THEM BELOW and let me know if you have any questions. Compare them with our google Doc!!!
 
 
Something that I had trouble with was doing the pricing questions where we wanted an "other" option, this survey software doesn't allow for multiple choice and then like free response entry combined in one question, so let me know if you had ideas how I should do those questions.
 
Also, Kenneth if you could let me know if the question for Other Services on the Nonprofit Survey needs to be changed? Ana had some comments on the google doc but I wasn't sure because I know you were also talking about something with legal, accounting etc.
 
Just fyi some questions are trigger questions -- some will only show up if the respondent responds no to a question, or if they respond yes... is this a good idea??? or should i just make all questions visible in all cases??

Hi Brian,

Thank you for creating the surveys (:

1) Could you add the blurb at the beginning for the General public survey too?
2) For the "other" problem: We can have two separate questions - one that has an option for other, and then a question following that which is free response to find out what this "other" was
3) About the services question: I think it might be easier to understand if we rephrased it as two questions "Does your organization require accounting, legal, or consulting services? Would you like to meet these firms at the event?"
4) For film students: Additional question - 
What kind of training/guidance would you expect from your mentor? (e.g. Technical, creative)

I think the trigger thing is okay. Except that shady one where you answer one question and 10 appear LOL.

Hi all! 

These look great - I agree with Kenneth's comments. Just to add another quick thing - make sure to put in the email address that you want the non-profits to email you at! There's no contact information there right now. 

Also - if you can, in the emails that you send out, mention that the survey should be brief (i.e. 3-5minutes) or something like that.
