Dear Ecomusicology friends and colleagues,
I am pleased to share with you the website ecomusicologiaiberica.com, which grew out of my research on ecomusicological activism in the Iberian Peninsula. This site features maps of eco-festivals, eco-art projects, training opportunities, and more. It also includes playlists of eco-songs, a blog, and a glossary of ecological terms that I borrowed and translated from the book Current Directions in Ecomusicology. The goal is to share ecomusicological initiatives and build collaborative networks in Spain and Portugal. Additionally, if there’s interest, I'm interested in providing a platform for other countries and locations as well. If you’d like to contribute information on other locations, you can do so by emailing iberianeco...@gmail.com
Warm regards,
--
