Bourntec Solutions, CMM Level 3 software services and solutions company, are currently seeking a “Sr. Java Developer” opportunity with one of our clients located in St. Louis, MO. Please review the detailed job description and let us know if you are interested for this opportunity

 

Role: Sr. Java Developer

Location: St. Louis, MO

Duration: 12+ Months

 

1. Any Scala Developer or Java Developer and working as a BigData/Hadoop Developer with Scala

Or

2. Any Sr. Java Developers who are willing to learn Scala (We will provide the training)

 

 

1. Java – experience here is by far the most helpful to onboard quickly, having Scala already is a big plus, but just being willing to learn it with strong Java background is sufficient

2. Kafka (ideally w/ Avro Schema experience)

3. Jenkins Pipelines

4. Relational Databases (ideally Postgres)

5. Some sort of API gateway/deployment/management experience (e.g. AWS API Gateway, Azure API Management, Akana, etc.)

 

Definitely not critical, but a bonus would be to have experience with:

6. Any AWS experience in general (S3, Lambdas, security, networking, etc.)

7. Pivotal CloudFoundry, AWS Fargate, and/or Kubernetes

8. Vault

9. Docker
