Role: Oracle APEX Consultant

Location: San Jose, California

Duration: 12+ Months

Client: Santa Clara Valley Water District

 

Expertise in APEX

·         Building enterprise applications leveraging the advantages of Oracle APEX, Oracle Database, and modern front-end technologies

·         Securing APEX Applications to implement Role Permissions, following Best Practices and Advanced Hacker-proof Development Techniques

·         APEX Installation and Configuration

·         Developing Entire New System using Oracle APEX

·         Creating Custom and Advanced Components

·         Strong Javascript, jQuery

·         Several Tabular Forms on the Same Page

·         Wizard Pages with Standard Forms and Progress Bar

·         Dynamic Actions and Validations j. Application processes

·         Regions Hierarchy following Desired Layout

·         Custom Templates and Themes following desired Layout and Style

·         Dashboard Admin Portal with Charts drilling down to Reports

·         Centralized Configurable Security to define Read-Only or Access permissions to all APEX application pages

·         Functionality to read csv file and process its records following complex business rules p. Drill-down Charts and Reports

 

Expertise in Oracle Databases:

·         Developing complex PL/SQL high performance procedures, SQL

·         Oracle Spatial Technologies

·         Designing, developing and testing of packages, procedures, functions, views and triggers

·         Oracle Integrated Development Environments such as Quest Toad and Oracle SQL Developer

·         Designing & Implementing complex data models (logical and physical) in Oracle llg.

·         Implementing single sign on using active directory.

·         Documenting database schema design and code.
