Position: Oracle HRMS, Payroll and Benefit Techno-functional Consultant
Location: Schaumburg, IL
The ideal
candidate has experience in Oracle apps HRMS Techno Functional before and can
anticipate what needs to be done rather than be instructed. These positions need
leaders who can adapt, work in a very fast-pace, enriching environment and is
looking for a career rather than just a job.
Job Description:
· 10+yrs of experience overall in Oracle Applications
· Work on support issues in HRMS including Oracle Benefits OTL and payroll
· Working in Managed service support projects with ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
· Identifying and building test scenarios and test scripts
· Work with payroll fast formula
· Provide timely updates to the team leads/supervisor/project manager
· Project documentation including design documents, testing scripts, training manuals
· Expertise in multiple Oracle E-Business Suite technologies like Oracle DB, SQL, pl/ SQL procedures/programs, Interfaces, Integrations, Form personalization, Reports, Forms, Excellent PL/SQL abilities.
· Support users during period closure issues.
· Well versed with Oracle modules of HRMS- HR, SSHR, OTL, Payroll, Advance Benefits
· Knowledge of SQL / PL SQL and fast formula's
· At Least one Upgrade work experience from R12.1 to R12.2 Good communication & client facing skills.
