Bourntec Solutions, CMM Level 3 software services and solutions company, are currently seeking a “Senior .NET developer” for a “12+ Months Contract” opportunity with one of our clients located in Springfield, IL. Role: Senior .NET developer

Location: Springfield, IL

Duration: 12+ Months

 

.NET Framework is a software framework developed by Microsoft. It is powerful, flexible, and can be adapted to a broad range of uses. Every .NET developer should be at least proficient either in using VB.NET or C#, or even better, both languages. The great .NET developer should be capable of handling many aspects of the application, including but not limited to performance, scalability, security, and testing. A fully knowledgeable .NET developer can use .NET to build a highly distributed web application, a sophisticated desktop application, or even a modern mobile application.

 

The .NET developers will:

1.            Complete high level and detailed design;

2.            Develop and unit test efforts;

3.            Assist with acceptance testing and address issue and problems;

4.            Assist with operational readiness; and,

5.            Complete implementation and post implementation support. 

 

The qualified candidates will be senior level developers with solutions architecture experience, a Bachelor’s degree and 4 or more years of professional experience. 

Additionally, the candidates must have a strong working knowledge of the .NET framework, C#.NET, ASP.NET, IIS, Oracle DBMS, and TFS.
