Position: Hyperion Technical Developer

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: 6+ Months

Candidate will be responsible for the analysis, design/development, as well as support of Hyperion Planning and Reporting Cubes. This individual will work with other members across the finance organization to analyze existing structures, strategize to increase efficiency and focus on optimization with development of new the ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of experience developing Essbase/Hyperion Reporting Cubes and can hit the ground running. They will need to have experience with the following; experience creating calculation scripts, business rule files, Building Forms, SmartView, FRS, and Web Analysis.

Required:

·         Minimum 8 years of IT experience.

·         5-7 years of experience building Planning and Reporting Cubes with Hyperion.

·         Experience using the following tools: creating complex business rules and calculation script, Building Forms, SmartView, FRS, Web Analysis.

·         Focus on process improvement, automation and metrics for applications supported to maximize efficiency

·         Knowledge of recent Hyperion releases to provide roadmap suggestions for future upgrades (currently using 11.1.2.2) 

·         Troubleshoot, perform database optimization, Tuning performance improvement for infrastructure
