When I send out an email, the only way I can track how many people see
it, is if there click on a url with a campaign id on it. Is there any
way for ecommstats to track how many times a url is downloaded?

Unfortunately, we don't have anything specifically for tracking emails
at this point, but it is a good idea that we've considered in the past.
There are also some problems with tracking emails such as email
clients blocking images which makes it difficult to track and be
accurate.
