Site collecting views but not orders

Our Junk my Car site does not seem to be working. For this month it
has collected only 1 order but many clicks for all the campaigns. That
one order came through on 10/13. Can you investigate this issue? Is it
really working correctly and we are just not getting any orders, this
seems very unlikely.
I don't believe we changed anything on our end that would make this
happen. Our other site seems to be tracking just fine.
