Dear friends,

Here is the progress of the new pit latrine we are installing at St. John Chrysostom School for the secondary school teachers and the Lunagula family. I received two one-time donations of $50 via PayPal after my last email update. God bless you!

So far I’ve funded two transactions of $1049 and $489, totaling to $1,538.00. The total cost of the pit latrine is $3033. I have $324 in the EcoMercy account from the two $50 donations added to the auto donations. ($110 was donated on Facebook, but that money takes up to six weeks to arrive.) So $1174 is still needed at this time! Please help!

See the last email for the project budget. Here’s some more photos from the building. The pit itself is 35 feet deep. So digging it is a major part of the expense. I’ll post a video on Facebook of it being dug.

Our dean, Stephen Lunagula, has been very good with documenting expenses. We have completed many projects together and I am totally comfortable working with him. This is just another opportunity to accomplish our mission:

"To empower Nakyaka village children and youth with the mastery of permaculture concepts and solutions, while facilitating their academic schooling, for the strengthening of families and the glory of Jesus Christ.

If you are wanting to give even a small amount in a way that will benefit the most people, including children, this is it.

Set up a one time or recurring donation today at EcoMercy.org.

A blessed day to you,
