Join us for the last water cooler chat of the calendar year! For our next conversation, we are looking forward to an engaging session that brings the 4DEE Framework to life through food. Using a visual demonstration of Brassica oleracea varieties (think broccoli, cauliflower, kale, and Brussels sprouts) and a taste test of conventionally vs. organically grown strawberries, this presentation will explore the connection between students’ personal experiences with food to the 4DEE concepts of biodiversity/human interaction with the environment. Bring a beverage and join the conversation!
