Using a visual demonstration of Brassica oleracea varieties (think broccoli, cauliflower, kale, and Brussels sprouts) and a taste test of conventionally vs. organically grown strawberries, this presentation will explore the connection between students’ personal experiences with food to the 4DEE concepts of biodiversity/human interaction with the environment.
