Hello,

New Mexico State Parks is updating the Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan (SCORP). This plan helps guide investments in outdoor recreation improvements such as parks, trails, and outdoor spaces all around New Mexico.

Community input is a vital part of this process.

The SCORP team invites you to participate in an upcoming focus group on a topic that aligns with your interest. At each meeting we will present a brief overview of the SCORP planning process and have discussions about a focused recreation-related topic. The goal for the focus groups is to understand community values, identify issues and barriers, and guide plan recommendations.

The focus groups will be hosted over Zoom. Please register through the links below.

Take the survey now

Please take a moment to take the SCORP survey. The survey is brief and easy to complete, but the impact of your feedback can last for years. Let’s work together to create a plan that reflects YOUR priorities!  Feel free to share the survey within your organization and network as well.
