Dear Sir/ Madam ,

 Happy New Year

The year 2009 has come to the end. We have to prepare ourselves for 2010 end beyond. We would like to take this opportunity  to make a proposal.

Isn’t it the best time to train and develop staff so that when economy picks up, they will be able to perform better?

Negotiation Skills for Managers     * 9 – 10 January 2010

The importance

Negotiation Skills is an advanced form of Communication.  If you want to ‘get something done’, or ‘to resolve a dispute’, or ‘to get the best price and terms for a product/service’, then it depends on your ability and skills to negotiate what you want. Few people are natural negotiators while the majority needs to learn how to negotiate. Either way, both groups can benefit from learning the art and skills of modern negotiation. In your job career, much of your success will depend a lot on knowing what and how to negotiate to achieve your objectives. It is not just your functional and technical knowledge that helps you to progress. In ‘Negotiation Skills’ you learn about the psychology of dealing with people, how to achieve a ‘win-win’ solution to many people issues such as disputes, purchasing and getting ‘team cooperation’. A Samurai warrior is helpless without his sword. So an Executive or Manager is also helpless without some critical Negotiating Skills.
