Composting

I am based in Matemwe (Panga Chumvi Beach Resort) and very keen to start composting here with kitchen and garden waste. Whilst I've done a fair amount of composting elsewhere, I've never done it in the tropics and wondered if there are any enthusiasts out there who'd be happy to share their knowledge and expertese?

Also happy to start a composting support group if anyone's interested?
