Meeting Minutes 4/30

Hey Everyone!

Tonight we talked about t-shirts and recruitment for next semester. See below for details.

T-shirts:

• A majority of the group decided that they liked the original front design because it looked a little less busy/more professional, but liked Leslie's drawn image for the back
• Don't want to spend over $10 for tshirt (which would probably rule out organic cotton or recycled content shirts)
• Thoughts?? If you weren't at the meeting, please voice your opinion.
• Once we decide, I will begin collecting money and sizes before the end of the semester (Heather, Keith, and Leslie- I have your money, but not sizes)
• Anyone interested in polos let me know

Recruitment Ideas:

• Event Day- for fun and recruitment- Aug. 17 or 24th
• 2 recruitment mtgs (one M/W/F at noon, and one dinner mtg (Thurs)
• Work with WEF for a fun activity

Goals for next year:

• Member retention and involvement!!
• Monthly activities
• No Impact in the Fall?
