Fwd: Earth Day Vendor and Exhibitor Information and Map

Hey, here is a message about where you can drive in order to help set up. If you need to get a hold of me tomorrow, call me just to be sure in case my phone starts to get floozy and i dont get txts. Again, the bottles will be on the porch from Katelyn at 840.  The event starts at 10, so i will email everyone and there should be plenty of people at 9 to help you set up, sound good? also, if you have scissors or exact o knife, please bring it. Any other questions or concerns, hit me up, ill be up pretty late and early tomorrow. 

Setup begins at 8:30 AM and will be at the Havener Center 1346 North Bishop Ave, Rolla Missouri. You will be able to drive to your vehicle to your table and drop off your materials. We are asking vendors and exhibitors to park in Lot H37, off University Drive. Volunteers will be available to help unload your materials and direct you to the designated parking areas.

Well, that was suppose to be for Jordan and a separate email was suppose to go for everyone else about tomorrow. Whoops, my bad. 

Anyways, there is a map on the previous email so you all know where are booth is tomorrow. Here is the doodle again so you can check which times you signed up for, or if you haven't signed up and would like to, please do so. Everyone else, even if you cant come for a whole hour, don't forget to come check out the festivities going on through out the day, as well as the fashion show going on at noon.
