Quick Update: Canceled Saturday Hours and Internships

Hey everyone,

We have two big announcements....

First, we are canceling volunteer hours this Saturday.  There is a FREE farm conference this Saturday in DC called Rooting DC.  Its at Coolidge High School and they only ask that you pre-register.  Vinnie and I will be doing a workshop with another farmer on season extension and starting seedlings in the morning, and the staff and trainees in our program want to attend all day.  You should google it and pre-register...lots of great workshops and people to meet!

Secondly, as the season has started for us, we need some extra hands around the farm and are opening up two types of internships for the spring: a Volunteer Coordinator and 1-2 Assistant Farmers.  Please see the attachments to learn more.
