Do you think governments should charge interest on loans? I think its a good way to make a pofit for themselves. its also a good way to reward people with interest as well for borrowing there money.

I feel like if the government did not charge interest on loans, then there would be no reason for today's people to pay back loans on time. And yes, this is also a good source of income for the government or whatever loan company the actual loan is from.

For the government or any other loan agency putting interest on loans is for the sole purpose of income and profit. There are credit rewards for borrowing money and paying it back in a timely mannor.
