Dear sir,

As a regular doctor I had attended the first workshop on Ecmo in 2010-2011 which were organised by Ur group.at that time in first meeting to form society it was decided that those members who has attended the first meeting will be automatically taken as life member.on that basis I should be the life and founder member from Gujarat Ahmedabad.please check sir and reply.i have proof of attendance also.
