ECMO in a case of drowning with ARDS with deteriorating ventilator parameters

We are going to start ECMO in a case of 16 year old boy who had drowned and not maintaining gases inspite of hard ventilation of 100 % Fio2 since 24 hours, 14 PEEP, and prone position. 

Pt is at hyderabad, and interested person can contact us immediately
