Does the Pirate sub-game work or should I ignore it?

It was won by geoffspear, and therefore deactivated. It should still
work, but its entry point Action.pirate was deleted, so there's
currently no way to play it.

I changed the reference to it in the Getting Started doc to point at
CodeWriter instead, and fixed a few dozen busted quote marks.

Thanks! Looks like the busted quote marks are due to a bug in a
script used by a spammer that edited all the group's pages. I
reverted the other ones.
