ifomichev, it seems that your log_suffcient_votes proposal broke the
game's voting system, so now nothing can pass. This is due to a
server-side javascript bug #2 on the group's list. I've written to
zimki support to see if we can get it corrected for the future (since
it's a pain to try to spot before activating proposals) but for now I
will use my godly power to make a small modification to the code so
that the bug is not triggered.
