Struggling to install applaud

Hi There,

I have tried to install applaud through the help>install new software > and adding the following name and url :

MSD AppLaud 1.2

http://svn.codespot.com/a/eclipselabs.org/mobile-web-development-with-phonegap/tags/r1.2/download

However upon installation I am given the following error

Are you running Eclipse as "Administrator"?  I sometimes have troubles with installs / updates if I didn't open Eclipse as Administrator.
