use built-in phonegap VS Enter path to installed Phonegap when using Phonegap3.3.3

Hello, I'm new to phonegap and new to the MDS AppLaud plugin.  I just installed phoneGap3.3.3 and now that I've installed your eclipse plugin and am trying to create a new phonegap for android project I am stuck.
I have the options to use Built-In Phonegap (which are really old versions)
or I can enter the path.

I tried "C:\Users\Andrew\AppData\Roaming\npm\node_modules\phonegap" and several other paths while guessing, but the NEXT button won't become clickable.  Is this not compatible with phonegap3.3.3, or am I just doing it wrong?

The AppLaud plugin is not likely to be compatible with PhoneGap 3's directory structure.  AppLaud has been dormant for over a year, since I moved on to other things.
