I am impressed by your add-on.
The wizard is great.
When choosing "Include jQuery mobile Libraries in project", it offers to use a separately installed version of jQueryMobile
I would recommend that it should go one step further and also offer to use a separately installed version of jQuery.
This would give us complete control on the versions to use for: PhoneGap, jQueryMobile and jQuery.
