You need to install the Android Development Tools first. See

I downloaded the latest ADT-Bundle and setup it. The eclipse IDE is already loaded with the Android Developer Tools plugin and the SDK is ready to go.

I think it's eclipse version, i am using Java ADT from the bundle. It may not compatible.

Looks like the new integrated ADT does not support extensions (like AppLaud)

Instead, install Eclipse and ADT plug-in separately before AppLaud. See http://developer.android.com/sdk/installing/installing-adt.html
