We in Java user group chennai. tried to organize on this yer
beginning.. unfortunately we dont find any good Plugin/RCP developers
so we dropped.

If anyone read to give talk on this topics we can have one in chennai
or... you are welcome to talk in our annual conference summit Chennai
Java Summit in april.
