Mac users: Please help me test updated eclim scripts

Unfortunately the most recent release of eclim, 1.5.3, doesn't work on
the mac. This is due to some deficiencies with the version of sed
that is included in OSX. I was able to get a hold of temporary shell
access to an OSX box from a co-worker and I think I've got the issues
resolved, but I'd like the help of some users running eclim on OSX.
So, for anyone that has already upgraded to 1.5.3, or who would like
to, I'd like to ask you to please pull some updated files to ensure
that they work correctly.
1. first, if you haven't already, please install eclim 1.5.3.
2. then please download the following files to your
$ECLIPSE_HOME/plugins/org.eclim_1.5.3, replacing the existing
versions (be sure to set eclim to be executable)
eclim[1]
eclim.sed[2]
eclimd.sed[3]
Alternatively, if you'd like to pull the latest code from git and
build it[4], that works too.
I'd like to get a new version of eclim released as soon as possible,
so any help with testing this would be very appreciated. The more
people that are willing to give this a shot, the better.
