What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get Eclipse for Java SE JUNO (4.2)
2. Install the Plugin (EclihX)
3. Restart Eclipse

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect a fully working Java perspective with all my java launch
configurations still existing, java view stuffs existing, ...

They just disappeared.


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Eclipse for Java (SE?), 4.2 (Juno)
on Ubuntu 12.10

Please provide any additional information below. For bugs with auto
completion and launching please also ensure that they are special to eclihx
by running haXe compiler directly from console.
Running Ubuntu 12.10 on Ubuntu WUBI 12.04. Had problems updating Eclipse
from Indigo to Juno but after setting up Eclipse properly proplems still
exist.
