Trying to install Eclectus on Linux Mint via apt, getting error
complaining that Python must be <2.7, but I have 2.7.1 installed. Get
the same error for python-cjklib. Any solution?

Hi,

looking at how the package is built in the Eclectus repository it
should have python <<3 set in the resulting package.

Can you tell where the package is from that you are installing?

If you know how to do it, you could build a package yourself. The way
is documented in the DEVELOPMENT file of the Eclectus repository.
