Now that First Steps in Flex is out, James and I are scheduling new
Flex/AIR Jams. The first will be in my town of Crested Butte, right in
the midst of the ski season (getting lots of snow again this
year). We've scheduled afternoon "self-managed time" so you can
continue geeking or have technical conversations on the lifts, as you
desire.

Finally admitting my long love affair with Python and my desire to
write a more advanced book, I've started an open-source,
community-contributions book project. You can download a (very) early
version and see what it looks like (the presentation is fairly
polished; the content has a lot of work left). You can even see the
book cover (from one of my early watercolors).
