Updates on Registration, etc. for the 2017 ECI Convention in Las Vegas

As excitement towards the 2017 ECI Las Vegas Convention builds up, I am quite happy to give further updates regarding the convention in Las Vegas.

BOAT CRUISE of Thursday, October 26, 2017

Bus departs the hotel at 5pm and return to the hotel by midnight
Expected participants - 120
Registered participants - 133
Status - sold out

HOTEL RESERVATION

Contracted room nights - 250
Reservations to date - 270
Status - on going

CONVENTION REGISTRATION

Participants anticipated - 200
Registered participants - 171
Available seat - 29

Status - ongoing until September 15, 2017.

 

 

There will be no extension of the registration period, as we need to provide headcount of guests at least 30 days before the start of the convention. 

 

Please be assured that we will not sell tickets at the gate, and catered event admittance is strictly by pre-registration through the ECI website.

If you have not registered for the convention, please do so by September 15, 2017. We are aware of several individuals who have made hotel reservation but are not registered to attend the event. We appreciate your interest in attending the convention. However, you must register in order to attend catered events.

Attached is a list of individuals who have registered to participate at the upcoming convention. They are the ones expected at catered events, e.g. lunch, dinner, etc.

If your name is not on this list and you believe your name should be on the list because you have made a PAYMENT, please send your proof of payment to the Convention Champions at ekocon...@googlegroups.com for review, and inclusion on the list of expected guests. This way, we will all be spared the embarrassment at the door.

....... In case you missed it, CONVENTION REGISTRATION ENDS TONIGHT!​

If you plan to attend the convention, and you are yet to register, you certainly have a few more hours to take advantage of the opportunity to attend the Las Vegas' 10th ECI International Biennial Convention.

If you have paid to your chapter and your name was not on the last published list, you may also need to double-check with your chapter officers. 

If you have made hotel reservations and you are not registered to attend, you are in the category of "NOT REGISTERED". You also have until tonight.

Again, there will be no ticket sales at the convention.

Now to those who have registered, with payments, I thank you for your support. Please be on the look-out for additional information.

We are finally within a day of rounding up the registration. If you plan to attend, please make sure you are registered by Friday, September 15, 2017 - tomorrow!
