College Admissions Counselor, Michael Trevino, and Ethan Sawyer “College Essay Guy” are pleased to offer: (1) CEG Live, a series of live, virtual college essay workshops designed to help students step-by-step through how to brainstorm, outline, and draft their personal statements/college essays/UC Personal Insight Question responses with clarity and confidence, and (2) live zoom appointments/workshops for reviewing drafts of students who have completed the summer workshops
How to Write the Personal Statement (Common App Essay)

This short course provides students with a step-by-step guide to how to select, outline, and draft the UC PIQs and UC Activities List.
How to Write the College Application Supplemental Essays
Dates: August 5 & 26 (Wed.)
August 5: 12:00 - 2:00pm
August 26: 3:30 - 5:00pm
Students will get access to the UC PIQ Tool and our Choose Your Own Adventure (CYOA) Tool. Both are step-by-step guides for students, answering most if not all college essay questions a student might have.
Students can’t make the live sessions? Recordings will be available
After completing the Live Video Sessions and their drafts, students will be able to make appointments to have a writing coach review their drafts. Dates/times TBD. Students will receive an email with the link to sign up.
