Once a year we like to remind you that you control your own personal email settings for your subscription to the ECHS e-tree google group. 

We send the approved messages as they arrive- however you can follow these steps to avoid many emails coming to you in a given day. 

Please note, some emails are time sensitive, so please be cautious when selecting!

To adjust your Google Group email settings, sign in to 

Google Groups, go to "My Groups," find the group you want to change, and select a new email delivery option from the drop-down menu. You can choose between receiving every email individually, a daily digest, a daily a summary of up to 150 messages, or no email at all. 

Step-by-step guide

1. Go to Google Groups: Navigate to groups.google.com and sign in with your Google account.
2. Access your groups: Click on My Groups to see a list of the groups you are a member of.
3. Select a group: Click on the name of the group whose email settings you want to change.
4. Change the subscription setting: In the "Subscription" column for that group, click the down arrow and select your desired option from the list:
   • Each email: Receive an individual email for every new message.
   • Digest: Receive a single email with up to 25 messages, sent daily.
   • Abridged: Receive a single email with a summary of up to 150 messages, sent daily.
   • No email: Stop receiving emails from the group.
5. Save your changes: Your changes will be saved automatically after you select a new option.
