Contra Costa Youth Journalism provides high school students with hands-on training in reporting, writing, photography and audio storytelling. Students work alongside experienced journalists, publish real stories and gain valuable skills that prepare them for college and future careers. Students who successfully complete the program get a $1000 stipend. 

If you know an El Cerrito High School student who is curious about journalism and eager to tell stories that matter, encourage them to apply.
