Help a ECHS 2026 Grad Go on the Graduation Trip!

Hi Parents & Guardians,
Grad trip planning is officially underway, and we’re excited to share that this year’s seniors will be celebrating with a Grad trip to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk 🎡🎓 — a long-standing tradition and a well-deserved sendoff for the Class of 2026!
**Details of the event are almost finalized and will be provided by the end of March.
As you can imagine, this kind of memorable (and safe!) celebration comes with a pretty hefty price tag. Our goal is to raise enough funds not only to make Grad Night possible for all seniors, but also to offer scholarships so every student who wants to attend can do so.

Have connections in the local community: we will need to feed lunch to the graduating seniors on the day of the trip. Would any local restaurant be willing to provide sandwiches?
Own or know someone who owns a local business that might be willing to donate, sponsor, or host a fundraiser?
Are willing to help brainstorm creative, fun ways to raise funds?
Are willing to donate bottles of water, and costco muffins for the bus ride back?
Are willing to donate drawstring bags and or beach towels for 100 students?
Are willing to donate a case of sunscreen to keep our kids from getting too much sun?
No idea is too small, and no connection is too random — you never know what might turn into a great opportunity!💰
