Let’s celebrate the diversity of our ECHS community! For our April 1 PTSA Hospitality meal provided to school staff during their staff development meeting, we’re featuring dishes inspired by the diversity of Asia—think curry, rice, or noodles. Sign up to contribute for Wednesday, April 1. Drop off items at the library or main office by 1:30 PM. No time to cook? Donate to the PTSA Hospitality Fund and we’ll handle it. You can also volunteer to help serve—our staff truly appreciate it! Note: Please don’t send dishes you need returned.
