Investing in Academic Excellence (IAE) is a parent-led group at ECHS that works directly with teachers and school administrators to enhance student enrichment and academic achievement. IAE gives substantial support for educational curriculum and training, supplemental programs not regularly supported by the district, and durable educational equipment and materials to enable all students to excel.

We concentrate our efforts in four main areas:

• Academic Rigor
• Teacher and Staff Excellence
• Student Enrichment 
• School Climate and Culture

Please join us at one of our upcoming meetings (listed here)...next one is Tuesday, Sept 9 (remote) or Monday, Sept 29 (potluck in person).

If you are curious about this committee, please fill out this very short questionnaire. We are a fun, welcoming group who are committed to academic excellence at ECHS.  We currently have an urgent need for a Secretary (time commitment is 2-6 hours per month, in the evenings and asynchronous).  We also have opportunities supporting our Teacher Grants program (September and January), our Teacher of the Year Award program (March-May), and other ongoing initiatives.
