Hi all,
It's good news/bad news time. Sit down: it's quite a list.
Bad news: Mr. D left school in a rush before he posted the word doc with the chart to the site or saved it to his flashdrive. :(
More bad news: We're still having the test. :(
Good news: It's postponed till Thursday. :)
More good news: We'll take time tomorrow to have a class discussion in which we hammer out what the key themes and techniques are in the book. :)
Bad news: Mr. D isn't going to have time to grade the college essays before Friday. :(
Good news: this is the one large assignment of the semester for which your self score will become your actual score. :)
More good news: Mr. D will give feedback (no score attached) to anyone who wants it. :)
Bad news: Mr. D also realizes that he won't have time to grade the Daisy the Cow assignment in time for the report card. :(
Good news: We're still doing it. (It's fun) :)
Bad news?: You are going to have to present it aloud to the class. :|
Good news: it's fun. :| No, really.
Good news?: it will be a small assignment rather than a large. :[]
Okay. List over.

Yay, that seems to work out. I would say the good news outweighs the bad!
