Jake and I decided to do Option 4. Our objective is to close the
achievement gap by increasing the quality of teachers, fixing bad
problems and relationships with students (mutual respect). Some of
our ideas include students don't enjoy going to class, therefore they
don't want to learn and students aren't learning, therefore the
achievement gap isn't closing.
