EMERALD COAST BEER FESTIVAL INFORMATION

Attached are details on ECHO participation in ECBF.  If you BREWED for ECBF and need a wristband, pay close attention to the instructions in the first document for getting your wrist-bands.  If you are helping out, please try to get there early.  We are planning to rendezvous at McGuire’s Pensacola for lunch then press on to Seville Quarter afterwards to set-up.  Brewer parking and booth locations are on the layout document.  Ideally we should be able to set-up and then go check in at the hotel afterwards.  But if you are working the booth, you MUST arrive before 4:30 pm or you will not be allowed in until the festival opens to the public.  If you are staying at the Days Inn, they will be running a shuttle until 10:30 PM, so no need to risk anyone’s life or a DUI conviction.

 

If you are still interested in attending and did NOT get tickets, they will be available at the gate.
