The Rock Hoppers Brew Club of Castle Rock, Colorado is proud to announce our 3rd annual homebrew competition: Bière de Rock

This AHA/BJCP sanctioned competition centers on Belgian and French styles, BJCP categories 16, 17 b through f, and 18. Judging will take place Saturday, December 3, 2011.

A winning recipe will be brewed at Elk Mountain Brewing in Parker, Colorado for their Pro-Am entry into the 2012 Great American Beer Festival!

Clubs and homebrew shops, please help us get the word out by forwarding this email to your membership and/or downloading the offical Bière de Rock Poster/Flyer for distribution!

Call For Judges and Stewards

If you are a judge or steward in the area, please consider our lending your talents to our competition. We expect to double the entries we had last year.

If you are interested, please register via the Bière de Rock website today!

Judging will take place December 3, 2011, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at Elk Mountain Brewing in Parker, Colorado. Lunch will be provided for judges and stewards.

Call For Entries

Registration has already begun and the entry window will open November 12, 2011 and continue through November 26, 2011.

To register and enter your beers, go to the Bière de Rock website, click "Register" from the main navigation, and proceed through the registration and entry process.

From our registration website, you can add (or import via BeerXML), edit, and track each of your entries. Additionally, you can print the required documentation (pre-filled in bottle labels and recipe forms based upon each of your entries). You can even pay your entry fees via PayPal.
