FW: Emerald Coast Beer Fest

Good information attached for those attending ECBF.   For those of you who pre-ordered tickets, we will be distributing them at Beef’s LH on Tuesday, 6 September / 6:30 pm.  We will also discuss logistics and set-up plan at Beefs to make sure we are fully prepared.

 

If your beer is on the ECBF menu, your “brewer wristband” will be distributed at the festival.  Please see the attached instructions for details.  If you are interested in attending and have not bought tickets yet, you can still buy them online or at the door for a slightly higher price.  

 

We plan on meeting at Pensacola Bay Brewing Company about 11am (give or take) to take advantage of their FREE pig roast, brewery tour, and tasting from 10am—2pm!  See directions in the attached letter.  We’ll leave from there to set-up and check-in a couple blocks away in the Seville Quarter.

 

Don’t forget!  Oktoberfest will be the first weekend in October, so dust off your lederhosen and fire up your brew kettles if you haven’t already done so!
