SRCUTP Website Competition Evaluation Day

Dear All,

As we are going to have prize giving ceremony on 17 December 2013, I hope we can have a evaluation session by Friday (13 December 2013) 8pm at MPP Room to select the best 3 websites.

Hence, I would like to invite everyone interested to assist me in the evaluation of the website so that I can give away the prizes during HICOM meeting on 17 December 2013. You will be provided a marking sheet to assist you in the evaluation of the website.

So, may I know who is available? I hope to get more people coming so that we can choose the best website for SRCUTP before our tenure ends ;D

To be frank, I was expecting the hicom to look for the lecturer....

But if you want me to look for a lecturer then I can try to ask the lecturer.  However, for that, I have to delay the prize giving ceremony and give trouble to hicom. So, I suggest that we just select on our own as this is not really academic stuff.....

For the limit on judges, shall I just limit it to 5 persons?

Oh, supposely hicom should be inform earlier if you want hicom to look for the lecturers,
Stephen, i am not in utp today and this weekend, can we have evaluation session next tuesday, i mean, tuesday evening?

Btw, here is the evaluation sheet for the website (strive to provide professional marking with minimum professional knowledge! haha). What you guys think? It it ok for you? This is what you guys are going to fill in during evaluation session next tuesday...

from my opinion, the evaluation for the website can involve HICOM and Media&Press Dept because this parties will involve managing and monitor the web. Just suggestion. I other dept need to be involve maybe can give the concern to HICOM.
