Annotations from the ECG delineation algorithm

Hey everyone!

I am using the kit to detect the peaks on the ECG. With the ECGtask_ECG_delineation I am obtaining the offsets, peaks and onsets of the ECG waves, but it is not finding the same quantity of waves as QRS complexes. What can I do in this case? Is there a way to manually add the annotations?

Hi,

As a solution of my problem, I am using the ecgpuwave of physionet to do the ecg delineation and after that saving the annotations in the same format of the ECG kit and using the interface to make ecg delineation corrections. Hope it helps!
