Hi, my name is Gustavo and I work with ECG signals to biometric applications. Using the ECGkit when I create a ECGwrapper object and use the ECGdelineation method  to find the points in a ECG signal, like 'Q', 'R' and 'S' waves, in the result vector (in a wavedet structure)  I found some NaN (Not-a-Number) like result. The algoritm (wavedet) wasn't could find this points in this wave? How can I find this waves (and others) using de ECGkit? Maybe with the ECGdelineation_correction, but how can I use in this case?

Hi Gustavo, thanks for using the ECG kit. You are right, those heartbeats the wavedet algorithm could not detect automatically the fiducial points, so you can tune the algorithm, or correct it manually. The delineation correction feature is a not well tested feature, so if you are willing to use it, you can be a beta tester. Contact me personally if you are interested.

Best,
Mariano.
