Hi everyone,

I just installed the kit and tried to run the QRS detection, but unsuccessful. In order to run QRS detection on example_recording.mat, I acted as per the youtube video instructions by Mariano and used the following address in my command window: 

ECGw-ECGwrapper('C:\Users\farza\Desktop\Github Mariano-ECGToolkit\ecg-kit-0.1.6\ecg-kit-0.1.6\example_recording.mat','recordings\example_recording','ECGtaskhandle','QRS_detection')

However, I received this error: Undefined function or variable 'ECGw'.

Any help and further instruction to get me started will be highly appreciated.

Hi Farzad, I think you have an error there:

ECGw-ECGwrapper

          ^-- should be "=" not a "-"

    

resulting:

ECGw = ECGwrapper('C:\Users\farza\Desktop\Github Mariano-ECGToolkit\ecg-kit-0.1.6\ecg-kit-0.1.6\example_recording.mat','recordings\example_recording','ECGtaskhandle','QRS_detection')
