Assess how B2B SaaS companies collect and leverage customer feedback to inform product development, enhance features, and stay ahead of evolving market demands.
Customer Onboarding and User Training in B2B SaaS
Evaluate the onboarding processes and user training programs employed by successful B2B SaaS companies to ensure smooth adoption and maximize user satisfaction.
Customer Success Management in B2B SaaS
Study the role of customer success management in B2B SaaS organizations, focusing on practices that lead to high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and upsell opportunities.

Important Instructions:

Mention the source of information in the presentation.
Choose one or more B2B SaaS organizations for the case study – we are looking for data-driven and company-specific presentations, not generic overviews.
The PPT should be limited to a maximum duration of 8 minutes, with a recommended 10 slides.
