National Level Assessment
#UnlockingPossibilities through Cyber Gurukul – Gateway 01
We're thrilled to announce that 'National Level Assessment' (NLA) is back to launch this year for a fresh new batch of recruits, an exciting platform where budding engineers nationwide can showcase their skills and join our team.
We invite the class of 2025 at your institution to kickstart their corporate journey through NLA while still in their final year. These applications will be for our Gateway 01. Below is a brief outline of eligibility criteria and program journey for the role.
Eligibility criteria:
- B.E./B.Tech – Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science and/or other ancillary Circuital Branches; or
- MCA
- 2025 Graduates only
- No active backlogs
- Aggregate 60% or equivalent in current degree
The compensation set for the requisite role is INR 4,00,000 + variable.
Please share the links with all the students, as it is mandatory for them to apply through the links shared, to appear for our process.
We also request you to send the details of all the eligible students who have applied, in the attached format (Eligible Student Database_College Name) by November 11th,2024 before 2:00 pm if not sent to this mailbox already.
Program journey:
- Apply for NLA (Gateway 01): Students from the class of 2025 can kickstart their NLA journey by registering here.
- Ace the online assessment: Following registration, they will be invited to an online assessment to showcase their technical skills. Do note that the scores secured are valid up to a year. Students not being shortlisted for interviews may still have an opportunity to discover their impact with Deloitte through Gateway 02 of National Level Assessment (details for this will be announced in the next phase).
- Shine in the interview: Those who do well in the assessment and achieve a competitive score will proceed to the interview phase, where they will face technical questions to demonstrate their readiness.
- Complete a 6-month mandatory intensive boot camp: Students selected to move forward will undergo an intensive six-month in-person boot camp (from January 2025 onwards), focusing on cybersecurity. Here, they will have the opportunity to elevate their skills under the guidance of industry specialists.
- Become an Analyst-Trainee: Upon completing the boot camp, passing the final assessment and successful completion of your degree, selected candidates may receive an offer from Deloitte USI. They will begin their professional journey as Analyst trainees. We encourage you to share this invitation with interested students and motivate them to apply for NLA. Eligibility Criteria for Application
- 2025 graduates of B.E./B.Tech – Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science and/or other ancillary Circuital Branches; or
- 2025 post-graduates of MCA
- Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 60% equivalent with no standing backlog/arrears.
- Individuals with existing offers from Deloitte or its affiliated entities are ineligible to apply.
- Individuals who have applied to Deloitte within the past 6 months will not be considered in this hiring process.
- Availability for a 6-month bootcamp starting in January 2025 is a prerequisite for consideration for this role.
NOTE: The company shall further shortlist candidates from the data received during initial registration for further process.
Email id which will be given by a candidate during registration process the same id required to use during the entire process of this recruitment drive (including online test) by this candidate. Any discrepancy of data during registration shall be cancelled the candidature of any candidate.
